If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

I just want to add to the popular demand for the return of thebish...

I don't think the mods are doing their job... They can ban people, so why don't they get on with making them return? :conf:

Bish was online having a mooch around here today.
I think it's because folk aren't posting stuff that's interesting/argumentative enough for him to join in with. Or something.

One strongly suspect the latter - that is or something.

Tomorrow, I'm at the Reebok for an nhs event looking at the way we deal with patients and carers. Last week I was asked to review the agenda.

Point one "Er, you haven't got any patients or carers on the agenda". You couldn't make it up. Sometimes, I despair.

The Pistorius trial. I'm not really following it that closely but it seems like every single in and out of it is being plastered over social media and the press are having a feeding frenzy analysing every single witness and Pistorius' body language.

Not really angry at anything just that the whole thing seems incredibly tortuous and the way it is played out seems almost farcical. Arguments about whether a mark from a cricket bat on the door means this or that etc.

I realise this is the justice system and it is right and proper, but just the way it is played out so publically makes the whole things seem, ludicrous....

I haven't been following it that closely either, but is he really saying that he thought that he was being burgled by someone that had sneaked into his bedroom to take a shit in his en suite? Really? :?

They were clearly trying to steal his pi$$, bottle it, and sell it in e-bay.

Did you learn nothing from Inside No 9 #4?

Exactly. But from the little snippets I've seen the prosecution case is hardly well put together and seems to have holes very easily picked in it.

I find it hard to imagine that a man who shot someone through a locked toilet door (and this much is admitted to) is going to get off with possibly a fire arms violation convinction only, but I think that is what is going happen (though experts will probably tell me I have no idea what I'm on about, and I know I don't).

But this is why it being played out so publically is just a bit ridiculous. It is making the public essentially be the judge in a case where emotions run high for both sides...

I'd get used to it. There appears to be an inexplicable semi-concenssus that this is 'the way forward' here too.

Semi-consensus? That'll not be a consensus then. Which'll make it un-inexplicable. :P
