What a trio of tosspots! It only needs that benefit-in-kind-trousering buffoon Farage to complete the set.

I'm pretty sure Murdoch qualifies to join them too.

You have to wonder what the calibre of advisor is who is appointed by Milliband...

he/they makes the decision to be browbeaten into being photographed with the Sun - presumably a lame attempt to suck up to the Sun readership for votes and hope to persuade the Sun to go easy on him leading up to the next election - thusly pissing off a whole load of Labour voters who think it makes him look cravenly weak..

then...

a couple of days later

apologises for doing it - thus pissing off the Sun readership and giving the Sun opportunity to call you weak and vacillating - not really appeasing anyone by the apology because they know he was forced to - and reinforcing 10-fold the idea that he is weak and sways at the mercy of latest opinion...

loser.

They didn't need to hold up a redtop to confirm my opinion they are all a bunch of vacuous, self-serving, power hungry lying nice people. They're politicians.

Chinese PM tells Britain the Chinese are 'misunderstood'.
So let me spell out why I think you and your countrymen are shitbags and maybe you can enlighten me on my misunderstanding.
1. Stop slaughtering endangered species, financing the ivory trade, dealing in rhino horn and tiger bone in 'traditional'medicines, and eating dogs.
2. Free Tibet.
3. Cease being the biggest producer of counterfeit goods in the world, and you might stop murdering hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of people with false baby milk, medicines, meat products, lethal gadgets, lethal toys, and counterfeit safety products....

I ran out of energy to lambast the cnuts properly. Having typed in the first three I realised my rage exceeded my Shouty Man avatar capabilities. I suddenly realised also that Mr Li doesn't really care that I misunderstand him and his billions of wankers, which depressed me into surrender monkey mode and I couldn't be arsed typing more condemnatory outrage... It is after all the Politics thread and not the Angry one - that, today, has been monopolised by our Muslim bredren :oyea:

I love the BBC, what it stands for and what it represents but its coverage of the Israel -Palestinian conflict is really starting to grate. Witness the coverage of the awful kidnapping of 3 Israeli youths. Quite right that things like this should be covered until you wonder why the deaths of 2 children earlier in the week received no coverage from them whatsoever. That's right they were Palestinian children. 2 more slaughtered by the IDF with the usual impunity offered to the perpetrators

The media are usually quick to jump on any sweeping anti Israeli sentiment when it's a Palestinian mp or a supporter like Ahmedinejad. Not found any mention in the mainstream media today about the Israeli mp who has demanded that a Palestinian is hung for everyday the youths are missing

I actually know very little about this to my shame. So are the Palestinians the goodies and the Israelis the baddies or is it not as clear cut as that? :conf:

It is certainly not clear cut and there is fanaticism on both sides as well as innocents.

You're right, it's certainly not as clear cut as that. Fair to say though, imo, that the Palestinians are by far the greater victims in the whole conflict

They don't call BBC news 24 'BBC Israeli news' for nothing. I'm guessing there's a heavy bias on the editing staff.

See? I knew that this would happen. It'll never be fixed. It certainly won't ever be fixed on here either so perhaps it's best if we draw a line under it here and acknowledge that it'll never be fixed - least of all on here.
