I wouldn't worry too much, yet.Bijou Bob wrote:There's some interesting politics in the background of this story. Last year, the gov't created Commissioning Support Units to help the new clinical commissioning groups buy appropriate services.
They have been a huge failure as their services and expertise were so poor, no one has wanted to use their services. They have now been forced to become social enterprise companies and generate their own income. How better to do this than charge huge consultancy fees to private sector health care companies and ongoing management charges to sustain themselves. This is the thin end of a health insurance wedge.
No one would get elected to government on the basis it was going to place direct charges on the patients for treatment.
Now once we are deeper in the Republic of Europe, where charging is common and the UK is merely allowed, like all the other ex states, to elect a grand version of a local council, then you need worry.

Feckin' Socialists and Trade Unionists couldn't stoop any lower if they were six foot under!!!!
Think I'll look for a pic of bambi with gooey eyes, pleading to be allowed to keep somethings for himself whilst getting boned by Millipede and some fat overweight TUC scrote!
Re: Today I'm angry about.....
The forum wouldn't be the same without your hatred Hoboh, especially against the left and anything foreign. Whatever you do don't ever defect elsewhere.
The above post is complete bollox/garbage/nonsense, please point this out to me at any and every occasion possible.

Grooming. That's what I calls it.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Day 6 of knackered knee. Think I'm going to have to admit defeat and go see a doctor

was there an identifiable traumatic incident or did it just creep up on you?Abdoulaye's Twin wrote:Day 6 of knackered knee. Think I'm going to have to admit defeat and go see a doctor

Crept up on me. I figured I'd tweaked it in my sleep or something and then it got worse whilst out walking. Definitely worse than I first thought. I'm a typical bloke and only visit a doctor when I really really have to.thebish wrote:was there an identifiable traumatic incident or did it just creep up on you?Abdoulaye's Twin wrote:Day 6 of knackered knee. Just letting us know how much they do and why they are the supermen of the race. That's when they aren't sleeping. Just in time to justify their 15th strike about their pension and the move to a more realistic retirement age.Burnden Paddock wrote:Now I can understand that they have to fill their pages and all that, but how the feck is this news?

More corporate bullshit. Came home from up north to find a package containing some internet shopping. Eventually found my way to replying to their free post request to 'review your purchase'. 'They're jeans. 4 stars'. Hope I didn't ruin the ending.
Ffs. If it's a holiday, car or a male hair removal product, I'm interested in a review, otherwise, stop doing this shit!

In a world that has decided
That it's going to lose its mind
Be more kind, my friends, try to be more kind.

Boots like to do this. They want you to rate their service online, but all I ever do is by lunch or toiletries. What am I supposed to say other than 'You put the stuff in a bag and gave me the correct change'?Prufrock wrote:More corporate bullshit. My hand is ok now, just a little tender. Luckily it wasn't a 50c+ day! Will teach me to pay more attention in futureWorthy4England wrote:It'll help take your mind off your knee...Abdoulaye's Twin wrote:Wasn't paying attention and burnt my hand (not badly, just ouch for a few hours) on the car door this afternoon
