Remember the days of Okocha, Djorkaeff, Hierro, Anelka et al?

Well here's a quotation from Mark Iles's recent piece in the Bolton News about the pre-season Scandinavian trip. So far as I can tell, there's no irony intended.

"...Dougie Freedman was forced to leave behind a handful of big names – Keith Andrews and Tom Eaves being the obvious examples."

We do usually have big players after the summer break, they are so busy close season........ downing ale and burgers on some Costa beach!
