Instead of keeping stuff (music, photo's etc) on your phone you can keep them on a server in a data centre somewhere in the world (cloud). There are benefits in that if you lose your wanky iPhone, you can get another wanky iPhone and you won't lose any of your 'stuff'.Bruce Rioja wrote:Possibly. It all depends how much crap you want to put on your phone. If it is a lot use the cloud. If not don't worry and ignore them.

Cheers, Malc. My phone's works issued so I don't store anything on it really. Think I can live without it.malcd1 wrote:Instead of keeping stuff (music, photo's etc) on your phone you can keep them on a server in a data centre somewhere in the world (cloud). Been looking into what went on at Tesco and how PWC might have dropped a bollock. Whoever was on that audit is in for a bollocking, and I feel sorry for whoever takes it over because they're gunna be stuck with a load of extra work.

74 mil just to move in. Think of the maintenance on that place. You'd need to play for Bolton to afford something like that Hobes.Hoboh wrote:http://www.primelocation.com/overseas/d ... ukeq5kq.97

I doubt any shit will stick as it's half year reporting. Unless of course they were to find some problems with previous years...I'm sure Deloitte's will look as hard as they possibly can...Beefheart wrote:Been looking into what went on at Tesco and how PWC might have dropped a bollock. Re: General Chit Chat
That was my thinking, I've done half year work on a FTSE 100 company and it tends to be a comparatively light touch, and only really looked at on a consolidated level.Worthy4England wrote:I doubt any shit will stick as it's half year reporting. Re: General Chit Chat
Maybe a 'Politics Thread' one, but maybe not .... John Prescott maybe actually losing his marbles. Frankly I always thought he had done decades ago but
"former deputy prime minister John Prescott has dismissed the shadow business secretary, Chuka Umunna, as “Chumbawamba” at a Labour party conference event. Lord Prescott made the remark ... after he was asked how he viewed modern Labour politicians such as the Streatham MP. “Do you find it difficult? … when you are watching people do speeches, like … Chuka Umunna?” Prescott replied: “They can call him Chumbawamba.”
He then went on to assure the people that Labour would abolish "the breakfast tax".
After his inept performance in Scotland a week ago he may have to be farmed out and kept busy in the run-up to the election proper.

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

I don't think this will be the end of Prescott. He might get knocked down, but he'll get back up again, you're never going to keep him down.bobo the clown wrote:Maybe a 'Politics Thread' one, but maybe not ....
