Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Hooper is completely out of shape and form according to Norwich fans. I'd expect NL to sort that out and get him back on track quickly though.

I think I read somewhere he's been injured for a few months... but I might be wrong!jmjhb wrote:Hooper is completely out of shape and form according to Norwich fans. I'd expect NL to sort that out and get him back on track quickly though.

Pfffft.
Re: Rumour has it.............
Rumour according to Twitter and from another Bolton website is that Mason will be going back in order for us to bring Hooper in. Personally I would send Herd and Garvan back first before Mason

As far as I'm aware, Mason can't go back – or at least can't play for Cardiff - because he's on a window-to-window loan.TKIZ! wrote:Rumour according to Twitter and from another Bolton website is that Mason will be going back in order for us to bring Hooper in. Hoopdogg ain't the new Juke. He's a finisher, a poacher, a goalscorer - not the team-player target-man Juke is. (BTW Juke is playing well in Burnley's doomed attempt to stay up; he may or may not be first choice when Vokes'n'Ings come back, but he'll certainly be nearer the action than Marvellous Marvin).

Re: Rumour has it.............
I understand he's playing well .... but will struggle for a place soon. I was confident we'd end up with him back on loan but his link was with Dougie that's less likely I guess. Has Marv featured at all ?Dave Sutton's barnet wrote:As far as I'm aware, Mason can't go back – or at least can't play for Cardiff - because he's on a window-to-window loan.TKIZ! wrote:Rumour according to Twitter and from another Bolton website is that Mason will be going back in order for us to bring Hooper in. ... & I'm not sure Herd has done anything wrong so far.
Mason ... well, we had Mk1. The useless one with no big supporting player. Mk2, the really rather good one with the Juke by him. We appear, a hat trick notwithstanding, to have Mk1 back. Let's see what can be made of that by the new man.,

Juke was a success under Dougie but that doesn't necessarily mean he wouldn't come back under a different manager if he heard good things about a club where he enjoyed himself. It's handily close.
However, it's somewhat hard to imagine a combination of the following obstacles, in descending order:
(1) Burnley being willing to loan him out while they're trying to stay up
(2) Us being able to afford him
(3) Lennon wanting him
Sordell, for the record, has appeared in seven league games but only started one, the 0-0 with Sunderland, which I had to analyse for work. The difference between him and Juke was notable.
