Try living near a crematorium, chaps. Walking down the main street will be like breathing lovely fresh air. :(

God yes. Utterly, overwhelmingly puke inducing.

Along with that fckg bath-bomb shop ... Lush.
I'll second both these comments, though both pale into insignificance compared to a Dubai taxi towards the end of their shift in summer :vomit:

Does that constitute writing bad words on a social media?

Fortunately, 'Lush' hasn't hit the IoW yet. We only have lush as in street drinker. It is still 1974 here though.................. :)

No, TW is clearly anti-social media and AT is actually living in West Houghton.

The kid who just served me at Lidl, had 2 full sleeve tattoos, a Mohican and a huge blue disc in each ear, about the size of a 2p coin. Apparently, the idea is to keep stretching them bigger. Now Ok, if you want to show your wealth and maturity on the African plains, then fine. Doesn't have quite the same effect in an urban UK environment.

I am indeed. He'll just have to spend the rest of his life hoping he encounters recruiting managers that aren't. If they're all like Bobo, he's never going to earn much! :-)

Just to be clear, I wouldn't employ the bugger, either. But I defend his right to be a tit, if that's what he wants to be, brother! :-)

It depends what job he's looking for. One with no need to deal with 'normal' members of the public and it could be argued that it doesn't matter.

"Could be".

I'd never recruit the freak.

Look, so far he's only dealt with Bob, that we know about... :-) I think he's still in a job...

I was driving through City centre Chester on Saturday around 5.30-5.45pm. I hadn't realised but there'd been a race meeting & it was chucking out time.

Fck me. The sights you see when you've not got your gun.

When, how and mostly why did it become de rigueur to attend race meetings as though at a wedding ?

All ages and, both sexes. Regrettably all shapes and sizes and, by the time I saw them in a variety of conditions (well, a variety of levels of drunk) ... every last one dressed to the nines .... albeit taste wasn't always present. Groups of lads in identical, I'm assuming hired, suits. But ALL looking like they were attending a wedding.

I repeat. Why ?

See, I mentioned on here last week that we've just had the details through for this year's Christmas do. Now, bearing in mind that most of my colleagues are female, I thought that they'd have welcomed my suggestion of us having a 'The Great Gatsby' theme to it. I was met with derision - the common bints! :(

Racing has for a very long time had a dress code in the hospitality areas. A very long time, bobo.

Admittedly, it may be a very looooong time since you had a day out there...
