I just headbutted an old lady in the pool today. Accidentally of course, but I was on the wrong side of the lane. Each time I apologised she moaned more.

1st ever vets league done with no ill effects. Less said about time and distances the better but it was fun and I'll hopefully be way fitter next year. Thinking about a swim tonight.

1km swum this evening as well so feel like I'm back on it this week.

Good news re the leg healing up. Take it easy on the fells though - and just think how virtous you will feel eating your bran flakes before you go! :D

Oi! Sod SPOTY, I've not given up on the idea of scoring Boltons winner in the cup final yet. Sadly, I think this year my chances of playing for the first team are greater than ever before :(
