Ran a minute and nine seconds slower yesterday than I did last week. Anything to keep The World Anti-Doping Agency off of my case. ;)

Back home this afternoon after a 6 day 'break' covering 825 miles, 225 of which were driven today. Felt fresh enough to stretch my legs after not having run at all for 9 days. Set off to do a gentle 2k, but managed 4k. Happy with that and now looking forward to this weeks Parkrun. Hoping to have a crack at my PB, before putting myself through 90 minutes of torture at the Macron!

Even Linds is doing it this Satdi, and she's just given birth, so BeaverEnd and his poorly leg can feck off with his bobbins excuses. Parkrun, Brekkie, footie, a skinfull. :)

Haha! c*nt. Might have a plod roundly first appearance as a v40. It may be a struggle as I'm currently talking like Phyllis Pearce after inhaling copious amounts of Cypriot shisha.

First preseason session. Jesus H f*cking Christ. Evil.

Warm up, then seven sets of one minute on, one minute off of a round of little drills mixing short sharp stuff with the ball and some core work. 45 minutes 5-a-side

then the most evil cool down I've ever seen. Two rows of 3 boxes about 20 yards apart. Sprints between boxes of one straight. Then 1 straight 1 diag. Then 2 straight, 1 diag. Up to 5 of each, and then back down again. 10 second rest between.

F*cked.

That it's going to lose its mind

Latest aquathlon race a Lea Valley and a new pb by about 30 seconds. Hope to maintain (if not improve) my age group standing of 5th. Last race is the first Tuesday in September.

It's simply a swim and run (no bike) The distance varies but in this case it's a 500m swim followed by a 5.5km run. First race this season was 42mins 24 secs. Last night I managed 39.04 (unofficially)

Had a consultation with a musculo-skeletal specialist on Monday and she has given me some exercises for realignment to help my hip and knee. I'm not saying it's down to that because I have been making progress across the season, but she's given me a lot more confidence, going forward, that my problems can be resolved and that I maybe can push that bit harder without my leg falling off.

There is a duathlon which is run/bike/run. I believe Cross-Country skiing and shooting is called a biathlon, so no. There's also a growing sport of Swim and Bike for those people who can't/ don't want to run.

It's complicated.

You'll probably need some training on the beers front with you having been darn sarf for so long. I can offer tuition. As a pointer as to how Softy a Walter you've become, when was the last time you pissed in someone's sink? :)

Last Saturday I tied one on in Holloway. After several (8or 9) bottles of London Pride, a few JD's and Black Sambuca shots I joined the band on stage, took my shirt off and ran round the pub, stopped the taxi on my way home to puke in someone's garden, puked up again when I got home and then passed out fully clothed on the bed.

I can't remember ever pissing in anyone's sink. But then I wouldn't, would I? :conf:

Possibly not, but then the better eventualities of being utterly cunted are the ones that people have to point out to you the day after. :D :pissed:

Most of those details were. I only know I was on stage because I took a selfie with the lead singer.
