Tickets are on open sale apparently. My feckin phone can't call the ticket office number, and for some reason you can't buy tickets online - # wtf

Can anyone confirm that it's safe to drive there to pay on the day?

Alright - tickets ordered but nearly to the wrong address. I'm looking forward to visiting a new ground. Guess we can expect around 700 - 800 whites?

Is this the first time we've ever played 'em?

Madine doubtful for this one, according to Marc Iles. Let's hope we get another crossbar challenge hopeful in.

could've sworn we played at that Hockey Stadium once, maybe in a friendly or summat? but cant find any history of it so maybe not. certainly our first visit to this ground tho. I cant make it now either...

Blimey. On Saturday Boro' had £4m's worth of David Nugent sat on the bench. Our lad gets injured - bring on Stephen Dobbie.

Where do all these niggly injuries keep coming from? I get that players do get the odd minor injury but consistently for years now, we've rarely had a full and fit first XI together for more than a few games. It seems to happen far more frequently than with other clubs.

Has to be poor conditioning and training methods.

General, starting the thread means you are responsible for the pre / post match drinking arrangements. Instructions please.

Make sure he^ gets on the last train back to that London would be a good start. Expensive cab, that!

I mentioned above I'm not going now. Already had plans I'd forgotten about... Tbh I'd have been on the minutes anyway so pre match pub would've been unlikely. Plan was to get a train to bletchley then either walk or get a taxi depending on time... Most bolton fans will probably drink to the north of the ground somewhere, maybe even town centre? Don't think there's owt nr the ground?

So, to put this in political hack-phrases: will Lennon ignore the will of the people and play 3-5-2, or execute a U-turn and play a back 4?

On the Boro thread it all got saddeningly reminiscent of the dog-days of Freedman and Coyle and Megson and Lee (not that he ever had non-dog-days...) with widespread derision and disbelief. Here's hoping that was the nadir... not least because while quite a few folk took consolation in the notion that Boro are among the division's leading lights, McDons are certainly not.

Mind you, they're shorter title odds than us and odds-on to win tonight. Which kind of sucks.
