Bruce has posted it about three times - he doesn't think lefties should be allowed to have a big house...thebish wrote:yes Tango - it was part of an extended joke... Me - I think champagne socialists are making at least two correct choices...

Has a photo emerged yet of the tedious nice person sat by his pool in his hammer and sickle trunks?William the White wrote:Bruce has posted it about three times - he doesn't think lefties should be allowed to have a big house...thebish wrote:yes Tango - it was part of an extended joke... Cheesy as you like but I absolutely loved it. What I learned.General Mannerheim wrote:You will either love it or hate it. It's a bit schmaltz but for some reason I really loved it. Watched maybe half a dozen times now... JC is really good in it too...Bruce Rioja wrote:Tonight's viewing is Begin Again. Just noticed though that it has James Corden in it, so it's starting from a low point!
James Corden is, as suspected, a very fine actor. He should stick to that rather than being a massive c*nt.
Keira Knightley - If your voice requires that much echo so as to make simple songs in a basic key sound listenable, then stick to acting.
Millado from Maroon 5 has a wonderful singing voice.

Re: What are you watching tonight?
Just watched 'Momentum' featuring (rather than starring) Olga Kuryenko, James Purefoy and Morgan Freeman. Was round at a mates house and he found it randomly and put it on. I honestly think it's the worst film I've ever seen on every level. Absolute shite but horrible and gratuitously nasty with it. Freeman should be ashamed of himself.

If you can imagine a dark horror film based out in the wild west and like gore, Bone Tomahawk should suit you. Kurt Russell and Richard Jenkins star. Disturbing.

Re: What are you watching tonight?
I just thought - I'm sure I've got that. I haven't, what I own is called Memento. The Princess implored me to buy it, so I did. As I recall I've had about three goes at watching it and on each occasion I've concluded that it requires way too much investment by way of my attention. Today I'm going to crack open some wine and watch Sexy Beast again, as I'm in that kind of mood.LeverEnd wrote:Just watched 'Momentum'

Have you watched "We still kill the old way" ? A violent London gangster film but well made. Ian Ogilvey and Chris Ellison (ex, The Bill) star.Bruce Rioja wrote:I just thought - I'm sure I've got that. I haven't, what I own is called Memento. The Princess implored me to buy it, so I did. I haven't, Tango, but if that's a recco then I'll stick it on the list. Cheers. I've seen a couple of violent ones in which Ray Winstone plays, well, Ray Winstone really - Nil by Mouth, 44 Inch Chest and others that won't come to mind.TANGODANCER wrote:Have you watched "We still kill the old way" ? Re: What are you watching tonight?
I like Memento, I dare you Bruce to stick Momemtum on and sit through it all. Olga Kuryenko barely helps, despite the fact that she's a cheeky little monkey.

Re: What are you watching tonight?
Aye, memento is excellent. Not one you can watch with the laptop on at the same time though!
Tonight it was Pride. Paddy Considine, Joe Gilgun, Bill Nighy topped with a spot of Billy Bragg. What more could you want?!

Re: What are you watching tonight?
Talking of Paddy Considine, Blitz with Jason Statham is a decent cop film. Terrific performance by Aidan Gillan too. I'm probably going against the grain here, but I like Jason Statham.Prufrock wrote:Aye, memento is excellent. Not one you can watch with the laptop on at the same time though!

I have not seen many of his films because they look like my worst nightmare, but he is hilarious in 'Spy'
