Boxing Day is on. I responded to an email appealing for volunteers and now wish I hadn't, but will be there.

Ahh bollox. It rained on the way there and the course had lots of mud and puddles. Close enough!

I decided that it would be a good idea to go for a run this afternoon after a 230 mile drive darn sarf. 6k and one knackered calf later, I realised that it wasn't! Back to the physio! :(

Yet .... despite it I'm just bruised. To be fair it's a far cry from driving 230 miles. Now that IS stressful, I'm sure. :?
