We've slipped to 14th now with injury time to go.

Back to where we were a year ago...great.

Not going to overreact and say we've not improved this season, because we clearly have. Just a shame that we've fecked it all up in the last few months.

Our season ended when Evans crippled Holden.

How the feck did West Brom finish 3 places above us?

Our players totally out of their depth for the last 5/6 games of the season, I'm a bit miffed with how it went TBH!

Don't think I'll be buying a season ticket!
I'd rather support Bolton than be you.

Was out for today's match; feel a little guilty. Disappointing to be finishing 14th but I know we can step on and improve this - it was a fantastic season up until Sto... at Wembley.

There is no football god - it's official. A crap end to a crap few months. Aston Villa jumped from 13th to 9th today, Sunderland finish above us and 2 teams who have only been promoted this season. Says it all.

Depends how optamistic you are as to how this season went.

3 points off 8th
7 off going down.

Meh.

I know I'm glad we werern't involved in that 5 team drama.

Lets all go on holidays and get ready for it all again next year. Here's to a big Transfer thread!

so lets get this straight

our spineless c*nts get beaten, again, and finish in exactly the same place as last season, dropping about £3million in the process

blackburn, wigan AND wolves survive

what a thoruoghly f*cking shit end to a season that i stopped enjoying in about....ooo end of march time

wankers

we build the reebok on about 8 ancient indian burial grounds or what?

14th

those players want to hand their fecking heads...shame we cant calim the loss in revenue back from the set of c*nts that they are

i said after wembley sell the lot of em

and now id probably sell most of em....

tossers

BTW...today makes no difference, other than being the final nail

our season was killed by that Sunderland game

Oh and why couldn't anyone useful like Zat Knight or Steinsson get sent off...at least Coyle wouldn't have had to pick them then...Zat Knight has some fecking photos of Coyle I tell you...

Just checked, 7 points better off, 0 places

its an improvement, but gone from being massive to marginal...

depressing

carry this form into next season (like we did a couple of seasons ago) and we'll be fecked

Just 3 points between you and Fulham in 8th? Can't believe how close it was mid table.

Appalling end to the season, let's not beat around the bush.

Holden is a massive player for us, but he shouldn't be the be all and end all.

Our players need to take a good long look at themselves, because from Stoke onwards (Arsenal an anomoly) they've not earnt their wages.

I fear for Coyle, he won't get enough money to move us on, and we now need 2 new strikers, a midfielder, centre back (probably) and a full back. That's the bare minimum we need, just to stay the same.

I'm seriously not taking the piss, honest. I wanted you to win (and not just so we had a vague hope of finishing 3rd, i do actually quite like Bolton for all my teasing) I'm just saying that actually it looks much worse for you finishing 14th then it is, as there are so many teams bunched up together around you. You were unlucky.

it's alright 'fearing for Coyle' but he'd have a couple of more million to play around with if he'd of dished out some bollockings when it mattered...he's got to carry some blame like the players.

we've had some tough games since wembley, and a signifiacnt number of injuries. We lost to a sunderland team who had 10 first teamers out in the home game before today, and look who crept above us today. thats the game for me.

i just get the feeling with coyle he is very matey and its great in the good times, but he really should of changed some players (Zat cunting Knight) in the last few weeks and dished out some proper fecking bollockings.

i'm not going off on one and he'll learn, but 3 points v sunderland (which we should have got) and we would be top ten.
