At what point do these pre seasons game stop being about fitness, last season we focused of getting ourselves set as one of the fittest teams in the league and we got relegated, if we focused on fitness and then don't give performances aswell then it'll be the same old story again this season, pre season is about getting fitness, working on game plans etc, and everything we've done has been poor, we are playing scottish division 2 teams, even when the games are meant to be us getting fitter we should be putting 3/4 past them!

We weren't fit enough last year. So I'd do more fitness than last pre season.

We had a cracking set of results pre season under Sammy Lee playing in Asia against decent sides.

Worked really well did that! It means fook all!

just got home from the game, wasnt a great game but its only pre season, cracking goal by eagles and a few decent looking lassies about in falkirk afterwards (didnt know how to react when i saw they werent mutants), well worth the tenner
