Great quote about Bolton in there as wellChrisC wrote:Mourinho is a brilliant man and a brilliant manager. Simple.
Even Brain Clough liked him!
Give the Mourinho documentary a watch if you need to ask what people see in him. Really good watch no matter what your opinion is of him.

Along the lines of people need to stop criticising Bolton.. Asked why, he replies "because Liverpool play more direct than Bolton"

Re: Tonight's Football
I swear Clough died before Mourinhio was even in management
The above post is complete bollox/garbage/nonsense, please point this out to me at any and every occasion possible.
Re: Tonight's Football
Wrong Dan. Plenty of quotes if you google it. Also a reference in the documentary about Clough commenting about Mourinho.bwfcdan94 wrote:I swear Clough died before Mourinhio was even in management
Edit..
From the documentary..
When he was dying, Brian Clough said " I really like this Mourinho, he's a good looking chap, he takes after me"

Look excellent going forwards.

Remind me to never again invite a Geordie round to watch them play. I'm just off to hide all the sharps

Re: Tonight's Football
Jamie Carragher looked angry and confused last night.
Re: Tonight's Football
Newcastle turned up with no chance of anything last night. Isn't the Premier League fun.
We may have lost 3-0 to Forest but at least we had a chance to win.

"I've got the ball now. It's a bit worn, but I've got it"
Re: Tonight's Football
From what I saw he looked really wound up!
MNF wasn't broken but interesting Sky have already tried to change it. Contrast that with Football Focus, MOTD rolling out the same stuff for years.

meanwhile...
AFC Croydon Athletic midfielder Louis Blake was sent off in Saturday's FA Cup extra preliminary round match against Colliers Wood for 'flashing' the referee, having been asked to 'prove' he had removed black undershorts.
