Re: BWFC Book of Hate (aka help a plastic understand)
The Tranmere thing goes back to the play off final when once again we failed to gain promotion from the third division...
They weren't worthy of hatred then, and they aren't now...
The wolves thing is also comparatively recent - from when we were rivals for promotion for the mid-90s years... and, IIRC - the 'we are the one and only wanderers' chant originated in an away cup game when we were a division below them and still stuffed em 2-0...
The FRS is forever...
And i'm with all the Everton haters for my own personal reasons...
[and to be honest don't give a flyin one about Tranmere or Wolves]

United (need to say anymore?), West Ham ('We won the world cup', 'we're to good to get relegated',) and Spurs (can't stick a spurs fan - always a mile up their own ass)

Watford?

Who said that?
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

I was just tossing it out there - haven't heard anything about 1999.Lord Kangana wrote:Who said that?

Re: BWFC Book of Hate (aka help a plastic understand)
A mere passing blip.
Tranmere was an ongoing thing for about a decade, stoked up by the local media and people like Aldridge. Allardyce once took the team there in their kit, got off the bus 5 minutes before kick off, won 1-0, promptly got back on the bus in full kit and showered back at the Reebok.

And the feeling's mutual - I remember the last game of the season at Tranmere when we could have got 100 points & 100 goals. They got a late goal and were celebrating like they'd won the championship - they hadn't -we had!
Re: BWFC Book of Hate (aka help a plastic understand)
Spuds - as someone said their fans are a mile up their own arse. And the whole media playing them thing.
Spam - Too good to go down.
Arse - Wenger et al need to stop b*tching about everything.
There's a handful of other clubs I don't really like, but those three are the big ones I really despise.

Reet, too many JCLs on this thread...including William
About 84 we played em in the FA up.. running battles all over the place with at least one serious stabbing
We won it in the 93rd minute, Bolton all over the pitch celebrating...pitch cleared Tranmere equalised
The play off defeat didn't help, but even before that, there had been the night match postponed about an hour before kick off cos the pitch was waterlogged - not because they were missing key players, oh no
We've since played 'em many times and tbh they've probably edged us over the years
I FCUKING HATE TRANMERE
Honestly, the rivalry with Wolves was because we followed each other thru the leagues playing regularly, including when both teams had fallen on hard times and good percentages of both teams followings were up for a ruck

How can anyone possibly dislike Fulham? Even Chelsea fans don't bother, and they only live a couple of doors down.

He wont like Fulham cos we can't beat 'em (in the league)
I wasn't born untill the 80s so my earliest tranmere memories are the days of Welsby, and John c*nthead Aldridge (still regret the day I walked past him at BWFC v Liverpool and didn't punch the nice person). They still sing 'what der yaa think of Bolton' at matches you know. Well whatever they won't be anywhere near us for a while and i bet that hurts.
Wolves is just wolves...gold scum, super john, mad gerry and chrissy fariclough laying out half their team....looove it
DMB's, Everton, Liverpool, Blackburn, Wiggin - they are the ones I hate as well.

DMB's for me, but a close second are Spam (I always had a soft spot for them until the 'Okocha match' when Pearce nearly maimed Pierre Yves Andre and Rufus Brevett punched Nolan in the back of the head and ran away - chicken shit) followed by Cardiff and Millwall (Their fans - lunatic inbreds the lot of em).
The only one I fail to understand is some people's irrational hatred of Bury?
