I take it you'll be joining in the pointless score, scorer & number of corners predictions next season.
It's only my deep and abiding respect for you that has prevented you receiving a withering Clown-ish response (it's in the post).
Or did I (wrongly) suggest it may be a contest ??
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Wenger will have bribed the organisers to get us down to Goon land for game one. That loss at the Bok will still be giving him sleepless nights.

Re: fixture list
I hate it when we play promoted teams early in the season, especially away!
Fixtures on New Years Eve is an unusual one for recent times isnt it? At least its at home, massive booze up!
Blackburn away on a midweek just before Christmas, Stoke away final day, United, Liverpool then Arsenal in January... horrible!

Re: fixture list
Think getting all the big games out of the way early on could be a blessing.
So often recently have we taken 0 points from the 'big four' and not much more from City. Catching them early in the season could work to our advantage, usually we get them mid-season when they've started to hit their stride.
I'd be much more worried about the fixture turnaround in January than I am about the season start.
End of the day, all 20 teams play eachother twice, doesn't really matter all that much which order they're in.
Let's focus on fecking up QPR early on!
