Ricardo Gardner is the surprise omission from Bolton's 25-man squad for the second half of the Premier League season.
Lee Chung-Yong and Sean Davis have been included, as has January signing Tim Ream.
Marvin Sordell and Ryo Miyaichi, who joined Wanderers on transfer deadline day, do not need to be registered as they are currently under the age of 21.

Bolton's 25-man squad for the remainder of the Premier League season:
Robbie Blake
Adam Bogdan
Kevin Davies
Mark Davies
Chris Eagles
Sean Davis
Stuart Holden
Jussi Jaaskelainen
Ivan Klasnic
Zat Knight
Rob Lainton
Tyrone Mears
Fabrice Muamba
Temitope Obadeyi
Martin Petrov
Darren Pratley
Tim Ream
Nigel Reo-Coker
Sam Ricketts
Paul Robinson
Tuncay Sanli
Gretar Steinsson
David Wheater
David Ngog
Lee Chung-Yong

Under 21 (Contract and Scholars)
Marcos Alonso
Nathan Battersby
Rhys Bennett
Adam Blakeman
Dedryck Boyata
James Caton
Zach Clough
Oliver Colman
Mark Connolly
Elliott Dennis
Tom Eaves
Tom Eckersley
Dino Fazlic
Lewis Fielding
Ben Hampson
Liam Irwin
Andrew Kellett
Chris Lester
Jay Lynch
Graeme MacGregor
Niall Maher
Glenn Matthews
Alex McQuade
Ryo Miyaichi
Oluwasanmi Odelusi
Michael O'Halloran
Lewis Proudfoot
Joe Riley
Jack Sampson
Jan-Ole Sievers
Marvin Sordell
Ryan Stayte
Oscar Threlkeld
Josh Vela
Dyllon Wolstenholme
Luke Woodland
Tom Youngs

Looking at the Under-21 list -even allowing for loans - I see why this is a year of transition.
I would not be surprised to see a lot of high earners leave this summer, to be replaced by about 6 of the youngsters and very few new faces
What goes around may still come around

Gardner ruled out for the rest of season which is why he hasn't been included.

I didn't realise Alonso was still under 21. Suddenly he seems a decent prospect.

Indeed, if he continues the promise he showed at Blackburn at the very beginning of our recent renaissance. Also offers options of shunting good old Sam Ricketts to cover other positions.

Surely Plymouth want an experienced Premier League left back on loan or something..?
