I've just been on the phone yo them for 10 minutes about this. They now realise that there's a problem and are attempting to fix it. Of course, the conversation ended with me asking "Can YOU not just stick two in the post for me?". How foolish of me to think they might.

They really are a bunch of amateurs. Before I actually got through to speak to someone I was transferred to Corporate sale, and had to ring back in, and was then put through to 'The booking line' so, Picadilly Box Office then, and had to ring back in. And it's still not been fixed.

I don't see anyone moaning about 'free shit'. Do you? I was moaning about the standard of customer service given by the club, which is second rate at best.

I had trouble trying to get them on line yesterday and today so phoned the club. I was told to try turning my computer on and off !!!! I "suggested" the problem was with the website not my computer and was told that no one else had any problems that they knew off, the nice lady I talked to said she would try for me later in the day and I did get a call to say she had managed to access the site and 2 tickets were on their way. She did acknowledge that the problem was with the site not my computer !!!

Change the question then. If you think that's the type of answer you'll get, instead of saying "Why didn't Sordell play?" ask "When Davies and N'Gog weren't playing well enough, why didn't you give Sordell a go?". At least then he likely won't come back with "They were on fire" and you'll get a proper answer instead.
