i'm not worried - BUT - that article...
the headline says he has "put pen to paper" but the article itself says quite categorically that he hasn't!

I know he's in Yerkshire but shirley someone could drive over ... with a pen ... or is it just me ?
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Sheffield Wednesday's on-loan midfielder Stuart Holden has hinted he may stay with the club until the end of the season.
The 27-year-old United States international has played three times for the Owls since arriving on an initial one-month loan spell from fellow Championship side Bolton.
Holden, who spent two years on the sidelines through injury, is aiming to use his spell at Hillsborough to impress and prove his fitness.
"I have two games left and we will re-evaluate it at that point," said Holden, who started for Dave Jones' side in Saturday's defeat at Leeds.
"It's until April 24 and we said both managers would sit down and have a chat and see where we go and there's a possibility I could be here until the end of the season.
"I'm happy the games are fast and furious. I feel fitter and stronger with every game and more comfortable and for me, it's about getting games, but at the same time contributing and making sure I leave here having made an impact.
"Everyone at the club has made me fantastically welcome."

Re: stuey in Yorkshire...
Everbody at Bolton made him fantastically welcome, then stood by him for eighteen months whilst injured. Course Dave Jones wouldn't rule it out. Get him signed up here if all it's taking is a signature as claimed."Everyone at the club has made me fantastically welcome."
Si Deus pro nobis, quis contra nos?
Re: stuey in Yorkshire...
I'm sure he wouldn't rule out a move, I'm sure Coyle/Allardyce/DF and every other manager has said that about previous loan players we've had when they've been good/greatAnnoyed Grunt wrote:“@domhowson: #swfc boss Dave Jones has refused to rule out a permanent move for Stuart Holden in the summer but says it is Bolton's call. #owls”

If we're selecting parts of statements and looking for signs hows about that line .... he certainly seems to think he's leaving Sheffield."I'm happy the games are fast and furious. I feel fitter and stronger with every game and more comfortable and for me, it's about getting games, but at the same time contributing and making sure I leave here having made an impact."
Also, I suppose we can't have our cake & eat it .... we borrow Dawson from West Brom & when he performs well we go all "let's sign him up" and he's actually under contract.

Re: stuey in Yorkshire...
How the feck does that work? If he's going it'd be on a free and so not up to us. Why would he sign for us then go/ why would we sign him up then let him go.

Interesting to see Holden isn't in the Wednesday squad today, maybe on his way back to us.
