Re: FA Cup Semi Final - Wembley
Am I being daft/complacent to think that for a semi final on the telly against stoke late on Sunday afternoon many miles away from Bolton, there will be plenty of tickets left on open sale when the ST holders have filled their boots?

Possibly. Either way any possibility of a bird in the hand, is the better option.thebish wrote:Am I being daft/complacent to think that for a semi final on the telly against stoke late on Sunday afternoon many miles away from Bolton, there will be plenty of tickets left on open sale when the ST holders have filled their boots?

I've not read the full forum so I am not sure if this has been mentioned...
Why have the FA put the semi-final on at the same time as Liverpool v Arsenal (4pm Sunday). They talk about the exercise of bringing back the magic to the cup yet they pull a stunt like that!
So, that is Stoke, Liverpool and Bolton fans all making their way down to London, great!

Should I apply for a job, I seem to meet the requirements pretty well....CrazyHorse wrote:Because they're a bunch of pissed up senile old cracked tw@ts who couldn't organise a game of hide the sausage in a brothel.enrdentw wrote:Why have the FA put the semi-final on at the same time as Liverpool v Arsenal (4pm Sunday).

I hope you're right. If not I'll definitely be able to give one ticket (and probably two) a loving home if anyone finds they have spares.thebish wrote:Am I being daft/complacent to think that for a semi final on the telly against stoke late on Sunday afternoon many miles away from Bolton, there will be plenty of tickets left on open sale when the ST holders have filled their boots?

So are members considered in the priority list for tickets or are they lumped in with the masses? I knew when I didn't get a ST this year something like this would happen. I blame Megson - I don't want any logical responses to the contrary - I want to blame him.
For all those who are getting spares I need 4 or 5 tickets in total - so I will be willing to pay face value for spares particularly where more than one can be accomodated together......please PM if you can assist. Ta.

Re: FA Cup Semi Final - Wembley
I'm looking for two kids tickets and two adults if anyone can help - and to plead my case as a reasonably deserving recipient I will add that my sons were both to go to BWFC vs Bayern Munich - one as mascot! However he fell ill and couldn't go at all - so i went with youngest and he was mascot instead..Used to be a season ticket holder but I live in NI now and only get to games 1 or 2 times a year. PM me if anyone feels moved to assist in calming my nerves about tickets... flights booked so at worst i'll be watching it on telly at my mates house in Yorkshire!

Why are you flying to Yorkshire if the game's at Wembley?
