Clean slate for me. Can't think of anyone better, can think of alot worse. I'm angry at him, the players, the club. But...feck it, it's not going to help any...

Maybe, I don't think I have too many feelings either way. Like I said i'm angry at Coyle, I place 60% of the blame for this relegation on his head but for whatever reason I feel he got us into this mess, he has the first 6 games of next season to prove he's the man to get us out of it...

Now, flame away...

Coyle wont be going anywhere. He now has a chance to build his own squad and clear out all the big contracts. He has got teams up before. He is a clown tactics wise but will get away with it more in the championship and has enough quality likely to still be around to get us back up. Whether we'd then have a chance of staying up is a completely different matter.

Isn't it effectively his squad anyway? :conf:

Not exactly, a lot of the high earners whose contract s are just ending werent his signings. Mind you his hit rate for signings is patchy and he will need to learn the value of grafters rather than fancy dans. Bit of a blind spot there.

Let's hope he now knows that he's not liked - and that the fans can't stand the clueless cnut.

Saving grace for me is that Gartside & Coyle will both fcuk off and take 'all' the out of contract wan*kers with them !!

Not much choice in some ways tho. What do you do with unsellable high earners on a contract? Mind you once Wheater arrived I never understood him still picking Knight .Or why having signed Tuncay and sordell he never used them or why we kept playing a high line with slow defenders or why we wouldnt pick anyone who could tackle in midfield.

I suppose the thing is I think we are stuck with coyle so Im just digging in for a summer of denial and trying to convince myself that it wasnt all his fault and he was unlucky. Will be a miserable summer else!

I will personally take a blow torch to the testicles of anyone who mentions Neil Warnock.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.
