Today I'm happy about......

It shocked me the other day to hear that on 30% of secondary schools in the country have a football team, (that includes schools who don't have any matches just training) and then people wonder why we have an obesity epidemic in this country. My school was one of the best sports schools in the country any my year was exceptionally good on one occasion being crowned the best footballing school (of our age group) in Britain. As a result it really disheartening to hear that while every year in my school had 5 football teams, 3 rugby teams and at least 1 cricket team that most schools don't have any teams at all for any sports.

And that makes you 'Happy' why?

However I am happy to report that I did another mock this morning and have just been emailed the results, 96% I am delighted keeping feet on the ground though. proper exam a week today.

if I was a pupil so would I, as a teacher I am not so bothered. My hours are afternoon only so if they finished at 3pm I'd get less work.
