Not sure "highly rated" is warranted, but I'll do the "Little Sir Echo" bit if you have no source.

I'm stunned by that selection to be honest. I had Dougie down as a 'safety first' type of manager who set us up, at least in the first half not to concede. 442 away from home is gung ho by his standards to date.

Derby apparently have injuries at the back and are weakened there. So probably trying to expose that.

I think we will win tonight.

I'd have been more shocked if he went Coyleistic and dropped Spearing for Mark Davies!

Positivity breeds positivity, so let's hope we have a real go at them and get the performance and the result. He reckons he's done his homework, so there's no reason why the 4-4-2 won't work. Especially when there's Holden there to add some steel if we need it.

I'm seeing Pratley backing off a bit and N'gog playing in the hole behind C.Davies.

Think they score a fair few from wide areas, so having Eagles will help.. Say what you want about his strength, but he does work, press and track back. Sometimes, just having an extra man to have to play around can make a big difference.

Derby have four (4) centre backs out injured and their first choice left back on suspension. Suffice to say, their back line will be in disarray. They are there for the taking.

Getting about that time. If Derby really are weakened in defence then we just have to win. If we can't beat a weakened team we won't have a chance with strong ones. Time to assert a bit of authority so....COME ON YOU WHITES.. :oyea:

Decent crowd apparently as off we go. Bit of a cock-up as Dawson and Bogdan clatter each other and a corner results that is cleared. "Awful defending". Ward's shot from close in blocked as Derby state their intent early.

Ricketts gets it in the corner and gets a cross in that's cleared. Bogdan in action again and then Chungy gives a free kick away. Derby in the offensive again then A break by Eagles comes to a halt. Connor Sammons mentioned and he's one to watch for sure. " A shaky start" by the Whites. Whites break clear and N'gog and Davies feed Eagles before N'gog has a weakish shot saved. Derby attack again and Dawson clears and Pratley gets it clear. Some passing from the Whites before Sammons loses out to Dawson. Better from the Whites and the boss applauds the effort.

Craig Davies doing a KD on a defender and gives away a free kick. Derby keen to get it forward but it looks like the defence have woken up a bit. Still Derby with the action and Mears getting some boos from the homers. Lots of talk from the commentary then we break via Chungy, Eagles and it comes to naught. Mears gets fouled for a free deep in our half. We don't seem to be hanging on to the ball too much right now as the Whites fans give it some voice. All too and fro so far but we haven't tested their keeper and more than they've tested Bogdan. Whites move forward but the ball goes out for a Derby throw. Derby again and a shot from thirty yards out is well wide.
