A Bolton fan just tweeted Nixon that he thouht we were supposed to be signing NGog today.
The response was 'Supposed is a very good word'. I fear my early suspicions may be confirmed!

not having a backup and not hearing about the backup are two different things...

you'd think the "Prophet" would have said something by now then, it's a lot of work to sign someone different in 1 daythebish wrote:Relentless09 wrote:BWFC_Insane wrote:A Bolton fan just tweeted Nixon that he thouht we were supposed to be signing NGog today.

Sounds like we are not making much progress on any fronts.

My humble opinion we will sign N'gog and at least one other player who I expect to be a Man City squad member (AJ?). Also look for a Chelsea player to arrive on a loan with option to buy.

Of course we have a back up plan. CAMERON JEROME.Relentless09 wrote:BWFC_Insane wrote:A Bolton fan just tweeted Nixon that he thouht we were supposed to be signing NGog today.

Now you can start panicking.

We aren't going to buy Johnson who will be fooking expensive and weve already determined we can't loan him!Holden midfielder wrote:My humble opinion we will sign N'gog and at least one other player who I expect to be a Man City squad member (AJ?). Why can't we loan him?
Re: TKIZ's impossibly brilliant all new Transfer Rumours thr
There's so many inane questions and replies on Nixon's twitter feed that all the Blackburn/Stoke/Bolton chat has merged in my head, but I'm fairly sure yesterday he mentioned something about us having varying amounts of interest in 10 players.
Anyway, a loan from Chelsea is a decent shout, given they have about a dozen forwards. I'm sure we'll go back to beg again for Sturridge at some point tommorow, but Kakuta might be more realistic.
