Neil Danns Sr Jayden's granddad) was a backing vocalist.
Every days a school day on here. It'll be a random trivia question in 20 years time. Bit like that one "Which member of the Royal family was said to be a Bolton fan?". We don't tend to talk about that much these days. No idea why.

Was it Jim?
:D he'd have been preferable!

Anthony should have been given where he went to school. But the pull of the DMBs was too great.

A minor success for the B team there, but I can’t imagine we’ve got more than £50k for him.

Looks like he's back tracking on this Drogba type loan signing, its now not a striker according to our local journo.

Be surprised if it's a defender because one of Evatt\Markham said in interview that there's little point in the defenders (paraphrasing) as the big clubs try to steer them away from heading and you have to be able to head in L1.

I’d probably take Conor Bradley back at a push.

Was thinking maybe the CDs rather than WBs

Absolute travesty as there are aircraft that can take him this month.

4 1/2 years here. Played through injury. Did everything you'd ask of a professional and yet always had a section of fans on his back.

No desire to dig him out, but he needs to move on. He was a player you could usually rely on for a six or seven out of ten most games, but each injury has taken a bit more off him and he's now targeted.

Johnston is young enough that the club should persist with his recovery process, but Jones is 29 and has had these issues for his entire career.

We have got to refresh that back three this month. Jones is the most obvious casualty. Plenty would take him on loan.

He's a very average League 2 level football player, and he's gone backwards this last 18 months but he's an Evatt favourite. he should be nowhere near the 1st team - I can't see many League 1 clubs interested in taking him on loan, especially if they have scouted him this season. He was a decent ish RB he's never been a decent RCB.

Course he is.

Around 40 games a season in a team pushing from promotion from League One.

Ten a penny in League Two.

If all the players in our squad who fans claim are "League Two players" or "Non-League players" actually were we'd have finished bottom every season.

I think he’d find a club in League One, but it probably wouldn’t be a side with promotion aspirations. We definitely need much better.

He's a League One player. With his injury recovery at the minute he's really struggling.

All three of the centre backs yesterday were easy pickings and all of them have played well at this level in the past. None of them are fully fit.

Gethin has been a superb signing, one of the best players of IEs reign, always always came out with the ball when players tried to take him on, good on the ball, worked hard getting forward and getting back. It's a real shame and completely unexpected -to me at least- that he's lost a lot of his ability, he's just not the player he was 12 months ago.

I'm sorry, but I just don't buy the "Rico was injured" thing. JDC was carrying a knock in the first half, but Santos got skinned three times in the first 5 minutes by Loft (Who, by the way, looked just the type of striker we could do with), then carelessly tried to backheel the ball leading to their second goal. He was all over the place and either he's been taken off because he was struggling psychologically, or he's had a tantrum and been subbed. He jogged off the pitch at half time.

Personally, I'd like to thank him for what he's achieved with us, but I'd be moving him on sharpish.
Uma mesa para um, faz favor. Obrigado.

It's interesting that the transfer talk has seemingly gone quiet over the weekend, the Drogba esq striker & the young premiership loan defender etc. Perhaps the toxic atmosphere and substantial anti Evatt sentiment from the majority of supporters has put one or two off ? and to be honest you couldn't really blame them or perhaps the board have refused to sanction any more signings because if we lose tomorrow and at Hudds on Saturday I think that he'll be gone.
