You try starting a fire with an old wardrobe that's been left outside all through November and December.

Hedgehogs are more a tangible asset than The Wardrobe.thebish wrote:Enoch wrote:All our kindling is damp.thebish wrote:this "fire-sale" we started... it doesn't have the feel of a fire sale!!

Anyone else think that Clough is carrying an 'injury' so we don't have to sell him?

Carrying injury so he doesn't play and risk properly getting an injury and us losing £2m or £3m.TKIZ! wrote:Anyone else think that Clough is carrying an 'injury' so we don't have to sell him?
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Perhaps the outlook is more positive than it seems if we are holding on to key players...thebish wrote:this "fire-sale" we started... it doesn't have the feel of a fire sale!!

Until a takeover nothing is actually solved. And players are still up for sale. We haven't not sold our best players through choice. Clough turned down a move, Davies couldn't agree terms with SW and Vela might have gone but for Cardiff's transfer embargo.

Like I say the situation doesn't change substantially until we have new owners. Only then is anything resolved.Gary the Enfield wrote:BWFC_Insane wrote:Until a takeover nothing is actually solved. ...which didn't stop you telling is most assuredly that we would HAVE no choice and they would all be gone by now.BWFC_Insane wrote:Until a takeover nothing is actually solved.
