If we're as successful as we were in the 70's when the likes of Allardyce, Reid, Jones, etc, came through the youth set-up, the club will have a decent future.

That Peter Reid ??? What did he ever achieve ?? ... the poor bugger in the schoolboy team at that time who was simply cast aside to make way for Reid was badly treated and his career never fully recovered.

One a season is a good return in my opinion....... for a Premier League club.

For Championship, we need to be producing two first teamers a season for it to be of any benefit. I'd accept starting with a clean slate and saying Vela and Riley are our two for this season.

Shit knows what else we've got in that sack of cack academy.
