Coyle sends video to FL showcasing anti-Bolton decisions

For the third time in his three-year tenure, Coyle has compiled a list of decisions that he feels have wrongly been awarded against his side.
This is just...so embarrassing.

Really cringeworthy stuff.

Aye - and I'll be sending Coyle video evidence of him NOT PICKING OUR BEST ELEVEN WEEK IN AND WEEK OUT.

There's no harm in that. Some of the refereeing decisions have been atrocious in the Championship this year and if nobody complains, the referees won't get punished for it. Either you accept bad, unfair decisions or you do something about it. If we were top of the league and unbeaten, I'd still want Coyle to complain when things go wrong. It's not about excusing poor results, it's about referees needing to buck their ideas up.

I don't include just us in that either. If Blackburn get a poor red card, they should complain. If Blackpool get a penalty given against them from a dive, they should do the same. If Wolves are in a dirty match and only 2 minutes are given for injury time when it should be 6 or 7, they should write to the FA.

If nobody does anything, nothing will change and these awful decisions will be allowed to continue.

Alllardyce did something similar iirc. It's a pretty poor practice imv, we're just more likely to piss off the officials. And did Coyle crowbar in the phantom QPR goal?

It's a shame OC hasn't spent more time putting together a "video nasty" of his tactical blunders, and then learning from them.

The Brum penalty was soft. The Wednesday one bollocks. Other two were the fecking right decision! He's a tool.

It's fairly common practice for managers to do it isn't it? Or are you just having a go because it's Coyle?

Nail head interface...

Allerdyce made a career out of this sort of thing... OC does nowt right, we lose because of him any other result is in spite of... No matter how shit he actually is he'll be 200% worse on here..
He had toast for his breakfast this morning, what kind of example is that to set the nice person!

Think I'll pop back when we've sacked him and everyone's shinny and happy for no better reason than him being gone...
Are we in League 2 yet - Three seasons and we'll be away to Chesham

Yep, there are plenty of more productive ways he could be spending his time, instead of bleating about a refereeing conspiracy. Even under big Sam, it never seemed to reap any rewards, but at least he could fall back on a team that he ensured were well-drilled, super-fit, motivated and prepared.

In short, no.

And they certainly don't send one a year, particularly when at least half, and arguably three quarters were correct. And given it is the FA in there eyes all four will be. Managers sending dossiers should be reserved for clearly ludicrous stuff, like Barry Knight v Ipswich, and Mike Riley v Leicester. I remember thinking Allardyce's threat to do one for Riley v Blackburn seemed a bit cringe worthy for a slightly harsh red for Nakata and not much else (which overall makes it a good game for Riley) but I think that was including the Leicester game and the Boro game.

So no, it is yet another just thing to criticise him for, albeit not one that should make any difference to sack him or not sack him, there's already plenty evidence of that I'm afraid.

As has been said , this goes on all the time.. In this form or the standard moan up when officiials are appointed...To keep them honest copyright SAF tm... Unless, it is only worthy of cringe when Coyle does it you must spend a lot of time in the cringe position...

Another poor tactical move by OC. Expecting Christmas gifts from the officials now? These things are part of the game.

Instead of moaning about officials, learn that winning teams are built from the back. Teach our players how to defend!

There are bigger things for Coyle to invest his time in than this bollocks. Get your own house in order before worrying about someone else's

From a corner that was taken outside the quadrant and should have been a goal kick anyway? :D

Sam did something similar, yes. That was, as you hint, also embarrassing, but not all Bolton fans thought so. I don't think this will have taken up too much of Coyle's time and there are bigger problems for us to worry about, but it's like the end of a relationship - everything they do f*cks you off.

Indeed, he'll be too busy drilling our defence and improving our passing and movement.

I'm not saying 'OMG HE SENDS VIDEOS TO FOOTBALL LIG COIL GO NOW', just simply saying this is just really cringeworthy.
