Signed Bolton Wanderers Shirt 2015/16
Hi there
I hope you don't mind me posting on your forum but I have a signed shirt from this season that I have on offer.
Next year I am cycling 145 miles from Yorkshire to Amsterdam to raise awareness and money for Prostate Cancer UK.
If you are interested in the shirt it's simple, just contact me and make me an offer. The highest offer will get the shirt. You can either contact me via this forum, email me at [email protected] or twitter @Prowse0401.
All the money will go to Prostate Cancer UK and I will even cover the postage costs myself. It's entirely up to you how you want to pay if your successful, either donate straight to my just giving page or Paypal and then I will donate to the page.
I also have a letter from the club to confirm the shirt is authentic.
Please check out my page http://www.justgiving.com/steve-prowse1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I'm desperately trying to raise my pledge of £1000 and hope this shirt will be wanted.
Please be generous and thanks for your time...

I'm not a shirt collector but I'll make a contribution as its a cause that means a lot to me. Good luck with the ride!

A very good thing you're doing there mate.
Just a suggestion: would eBay not be a better way to raise the price than a "sealed-bid" auction? (I know they take a slice, but if it being visible and time-sensitive helps put the price up...)
Good luck anyway, either way.

I think that's what I'll end up doing, just thought I'd offer it out there.

Dear Prowse,
When the body of the Conservative MP, Stephen Milligan was discovered, his corpse – wearing a pair of stockings and suspenders, with an electrical flex tied around his neck, a black bin liner over his head and an amyl nitrate laced orange segment in his mouth – from an act of autoerotic asphyxiation, combined with self-bondage, he was also wearing a Bolton Wanderers top. However, the Coroner withheld that last piece of information so as to spare his family any unnecessary embarrassment.
Good luck with the ride.

May the bridges I burn light your way
