Amos races forward and wallops it out for a throw. I race off to make a brew. What sort of a team have we got ffs.

I think it's simply about whether they ease off out of pity and just stroke it about. If they don't it could get really nasty.officer_dibble wrote:When will they declare? I can see 6 again.

I assume they have a game this weekend. Depends if the subs want to prove a point.
Five shots on target, three goals. Have we got a legal maximum on saves?

I was there 1963 prior to buggering off to the Far East with the Fleet Air Arm and for every season to the nineties I always had the idea it would be okay next year. About 30 years later it all came good and so the merry-go-round turns again. Let's hope next season is better to us.

Jeez. What a half. Very definitely men against boys. The defence is all over the place. Finney was at left back for a bit. He was so disastrous, their fans were giving it "Whoooooooa!" every time he went near the ball. He moved to centre half for the final 10 mins or so with Moxey dropping to LB. This will end 5 or 6-0.

Our senior players are cowards, every fcuking one of them....
They should all be sacked for 'gross misconduct' or attempting to impersonate a professional football player.
Also Phillips should spare some of these kids this type of embarrassment - it could seriously knock their confidence

So sack the cowards (senior players) and dont play the kids? Who the fck do we play then? Or can we just take a 3-0 defeat without putting out a team?Peter Thompson wrote:Our senior players are cowards, every fcuking one of them....

It'd be nice if we were just competitive and looked like we were trying. We're being absolutely pissed on by bloody Brentford ffs

Wheater replaces Finney who apparently had a bad time, poor lad. Free kick us and....the keeper gets it. Bit of a chat session in the mic box so assuming nothing is happening on the pitch. Moxey/Wheater? blocks a Judge effort for a throw. Clough goes offside. They sally forth and Deryk (one of the few getting good words). Now then, Danns looks to be replacing...Pratley....no, Walker... Judge goes and it ends with Amos.

We clear and Vela feeds Clough and we get a throw. Still only 3 for them so I think we must be worrying them a bit now..
Some surprise at the subs as Amos wallops and they say thank you and wallop it right back. Goal kick us now. Clough fouls Collins and they have a free kick. And now....mic man claims they're toying with us. That Judge again,
(is he invisible?) and...we get a throw. We get a free kick for handball. Vela shoots and it ends in the stands.

Didn't see the logic of starting Finney with Osede especially if we wanted to look at Osede as a future DM. Wouldn't Wheater have been a better partner for a very raw Finney? Or did they think Wheater can't complete two matches in three days?
