I'm all for nothing nice to say say nothing at all but Green Street is the worst film of all time.
I can't even watch that Charlie fella in anything else! They say that hells angels thing is good but I can't stomach it...

Re: What are you watching tonight?
I think it might be the worst-written thing of all time, 50% of the dialogue is things no human has ever said, but I absolutely love it for it.
Sons of Anarchy on the other hand is just straight brilliant but it took me a bit to get over it. He also has this ludicrous Liam Gallagher-esque strutting walk that made me bark out loud at relatively serious bits early on. It's worth it though. Appreciate that's not a *great* sell.

Presumably no one has made you watch Ghostbusters 2. I knew it would be awful, but the Mrs made me watch it with her and it far exceeded expectationBruce Rioja wrote: ↑Sat Mar 25, 2017 1:38 pmI'll see your worst film of all time and raise you with Olympus Has Fallen, Ocean's 12 and PoseidonGeneral Mannerheim wrote: ↑Fri Mar 24, 2017 9:29 pmI'm all for nothing nice to say say nothing at all but Green Street is the worst film of all time.

Having watched Ghostbusters many years ago it's a nailed-on certainty that I will never see Ghostbusters 2

Re: What are you watching tonight?
Nothing special to watch tonight? There's an unfriendly football match on Freeview 24 at 8-0'clock kick off. France and Spain not exactly the best of mates. Be interesting to see who's coming through for either. David Silva is a good playmaker, but Iniesta and Javi will take some replacing and one or two more are approaching the twilight of international careers.

^^ Glad I'm watching Tanzania v Burundi - least there's goals...
Re: What are you watching tonight?
Just watched Being Mum and Dad about Rio Ferdinand and coping without his wife 2 years on. Emotional stuff, and think he's brave for talking and showing his feelings on tv. Bravo Rio!

I'm not one for knee-jerk reactions, but the video ref can f*ck off. Tedious.TANGODANCER wrote: ↑Tue Mar 28, 2017 6:37 pmNothing special to watch tonight? Took almost 2 minutes to disallow that goal - Either it's instant, or it can feck off

Re: What are you watching tonight?
^^ There have been a good few occasions the last few years, where I've nodded off in between passes, watching us play. 2 minutes to get a decision right is nowt, by comparison
Re: What are you watching tonight?
It was shite. People I was with didn't realise it wasn't 1-0 for about 5 mins. That much faffing that people go get a pint or start talking and by the time you look back and we're playing you just think they've kicked off. And then the ridiculous sight of Deulofeu and Spain having to fake the moment of just having scored to look happy after about 10 mins to figure out he was onside.
I was and remain for goal-line technology. Boris bob-on for me, it's instant (or pretty much) or it can feck off.

Moonlight last night. How that load of bobbins won an Oscar for best picture is beyond me. 2 wasted hours

Proper miffed that the third series of The Trip will be shown on Sky Atlantic.
Do we know if it's possible to subscribe to it via my BT package?

But....

Think all episodes are being made available at once (though not sure whether that applies to Now TV) but IF it does then it would be a one month sub to watch them all then cancel. Assuming you have reasonable broadband of course.

Cheers, Fella. Think I might just wait for the DVD to come out as it is the sort of stuff that I know I'll watch a few times.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Mon Apr 03, 2017 1:13 pmDon't think so.Bruce Rioja wrote: ↑Mon Apr 03, 2017 12:32 pmProper miffed that the third series of The Trip will be shown on Sky Atlantic.
