All you get from Jack Dearden on GMR is 'let's go around the grounds' every 3 minutes lol. Sad that Tower has decided to cancel the footy.

Don't be daft Dujon, course we're friends...Writing a couple of books on computer taught me how to type enough to get by. I'll miss Tower; they had their failings but it was something to swear at every week.Dujon wrote: ↑Thu Aug 01, 2019 3:49 amI echo, TANGO, the sentiment of our friend of the Iberian peninsula. I thank you for my delayed readings of your past contributions to 'game days'. I have often wondered, my friend (we are still are we not?), how you managed to pump out to the 'net what you did.
THANK YOU.

Cheers and many thanks DJB, I'll be 80 in six weeks so maybe it's time to ease off anyway. I'll see what transpires, as I'm not even sure what my options are or where I'll listen to the game from yet. I'll certainly be around. COME ON YOU WHITES....DJBlu wrote: ↑Thu Aug 01, 2019 8:02 amA sad day.TANGODANCER wrote: ↑Wed Jul 31, 2019 12:11 pmSadly, with no Tower Radio available any more, The "Last Radio Tango in Farnworth" is no more. I'll be on the thread obviously, but the personal effect of Radio Manchester commentators holds not the same magic. It's been fun and thanks to those who listened to my Saturday rantings.
Many thanks for your contributions.
I don't know if ifollow on the club website will carry BBC GMR, if it doesn't would you accept a donation to continue your great service to the website?

I don't suppose we've scouted Wycombe's pre season friendlies if the chief scout is still driving on fumes

Be interesting to see what happens with Parky - I'm not sure that is in any way certain. I think he's stayed to "look after players" - not sure he 100% plans to stay once FV get going. We'll see.officer_dibble wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2019 3:46 pmI can’t believe he’s stuck it out to be honest!BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2019 3:08 pmWorse than that - imagine being Parky and trying to guess the team?officer_dibble wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2019 2:49 pmImagine being the Wycombe manager trying to guess our team for tomorrow
