Aye Jackson is a bit of a downgrade on John - I think he will be a reasonable player in the future but he’s learning now. Still preferable to Brocky at LB though for me.
Just seen the scenes outside the ground...what a set of fans.

Players should be inspired by the unexpected reception by our fans if they have anything about them.

Imagine being 1 nil up with 85 to go.
I'd be asking that as my viewing choice on my last day of death row.

I feel surprisingly quite calm today, and certainly more confident than I did on Tuesday night. My main concern is how tired our midfield might be but we have to trust Evatt's judgement.
I wouldn't be at all surprised with a torturous 0-0 or 1-1, which wouldn't answer many questions. I'll back us to win it, though, by the customary one-goal margin.

Well done Evatt. Starting team as I had expected if John was unavailable. Lets do this!

Strangely I feel relatively calm and I’m not normally relaxed before big games. Can’t decide if that’s a good sign or bad.nicholaldo wrote: ↑Sat Apr 24, 2021 2:44 pmI feel surprisingly quite calm today, and certainly more confident than I did on Tuesday night. We’ve not quite managed to get going yet. Morecambe one of those very physical efficient types. Full of big lads and will catch you out on set pieces if you switch off.
