We'll start either 4-2-3-1 or 3-4-2-1 for this. It's nailed on as KIeran McKenna knows no other way. It's one in attack 99.9 per cent of the time, should be Ladapo ideally but he'll pick Hirst. Our leading scorer is a striker who plays or gets picked for midfield every other game. It's bleeding stupid and some fans can't accept it but thing is usually works for us. Load of potental names could start in a 4-4-2 or 3-4-3 with Ladapo, Chaplin or Jules / Broadhead as the forward line but Mckenna never allows it. It's just a principle of what could be. This team has the potential for 100 goals in a season given the attacking options but can never happen due to the formations we deploy each and every week.
Said it once, I think we'll get a result up there. We have attacking potential like really no others in the league and score goals almost at will but Walton the goalkeeper has had problems this season and the defence isn't ideally the best. We'll score at least one, possibly two or three. Not being disrespectful on an opposition forum, it's just I have faith in our certain abilities. It all depends how many Bolton can register themselves. Saying that if it finishes 0 - 0 it won't be that much of a complete surprise.
this industry is fickle, all thngs can happen or predictions shot to sh1t. Could be World Cup, League One or Conference level. You never can tell before a game. We need a victory - we have to win really - and Bolton need three points to keep hope on the top six. It should be competitive if nothing else.

Ghost, not sure if you usually manage to watch the matches online but you could find a VPN and watch the game that way. Though last time I tried I think the BWFC iFollow may have blocked it. One for your lad to research?

That's currently the plan. We'll see if they catch us.

Not online for this today unfortunately and can't be on kettle duties as I'm pre-occupied with the small matter of an Army reunion in Cambridge this weekend.
Really big game and one we need to win if we have hopes of promotion. Here's hoping the weather hasn't screwed the pitch over again and that Evatt can get us back to our best.

I reckon 5 home wins on the bounce ends today. 3-1 Ipswich. They are just in better form and some air has left our balloon at the wrong time. Maybe we can get some back after the final but we might be playing considerable catch up by then.

Recent form says "them" but over the season, despite a lot of goals, they're one win in front and one game in hand. So pretty close. We have a decent squad and a few back. Their defence can be suspect, although that's not translated into losses and they're second in the away table...2-2 writ large. COYWM.

Energy levels were much more like it last week, and they've had a full week off. Home game, big team. I'm confident we'll get a performance. Hopefully it's enough.

No Declan John today. Given what's happened previously it would seem that he's out of favour. Looks like he's had a chance to kick on but not taken it. Looked good in parts but likely to be a target of the opposition attacks.
Not appreciating the casual nature of our defence today. Caused us loads of problems at Portsmouth and looks likely to be a theme yet again.

Both teams look fairly pants so far.

Great save from their keeper from Bradley. Decent enough corner shortly thereafter.

Burton beating Wycombe. Oxford beating Derby.

All three teams below us are losing. Suspect it'll be a false dawn like last week, so not get too excited just yet, but it does bode well.
