Re: dilema
Get the Preston Train from Manchester or make sure the Blackpool train stops at Horwich Parkway and not just Horwich. Ground is 200 yds from the station.

Re: dilema
ive checked the train sites though and they say there are no trains running on boxing day

Alternatively
Trams are running
I'd get tram to Bury, then match bus 2 to the ground

Post match, repeat or I'll drop you in Bolton or Bury

Feck me caps, the season of good tidings is with you! Were you visited by 3 spirits on Christmas eve night?

Would do ordinarily, but have a car full today.CAPSLOCK wrote:better still one of the based in Manc mob offer you a lift
May the bridges I burn light your way
Re: dilema
Cheers mate. Might have to give this one a miss due to logistical restrictions. The Bus back to Bolton is going to be horrific, so I'll just see if I can get a stream. If anyone is going from Manchester in a car and wants to give a poor Aussie (think of the cricket for a moment. I need to restore some pride) a lift, PM me.Bruce Rioja wrote:Would do ordinarily, but have a car full today.CAPSLOCK wrote:better still one of the based in Manc mob offer you a lift
Cheers!
Re: dilema
According to the Northern Rail website trains are running from Oxford Rd. I'm going for the 12.49pm one. Scrap that I was wrong

Re: dilema
You based in Fallowfield? Walk into Town and get the 36 or 37 into Bolton, from Bolton you'll be able get a match bus. £4.10 for your normal ticket and then £1.50 return for your match bus ticketOdelay wrote:Oh here we go! Didn't here you bloody trumpeting last week!CAPSLOCK wrote:Alternatively

Re: dilema
Thanks mate, I think I'm gonna give it a miss. I can't be arsed with fighting with the masses on the game buses today. Hopefully there's a stream...
