Get the Preston Train from Manchester or make sure the Blackpool train stops at Horwich Parkway and not just Horwich. Ground is 200 yds from the station.

Alternatively

Trams are running

I'd get tram to Bury, then match bus 2 to the ground

Post match, repeat or I'll drop you in Bolton or Bury

Trams every 15 minutes

Cheers mate. Might have to give this one a miss due to logistical restrictions. The Bus back to Bolton is going to be horrific, so I'll just see if I can get a stream. If anyone is going from Manchester in a car and wants to give a poor Aussie (think of the cricket for a moment. I need to restore some pride) a lift, PM me.

Cheers!

You based in Fallowfield? Walk into Town and get the 36 or 37 into Bolton, from Bolton you'll be able get a match bus. £4.10 for your normal ticket and then £1.50 return for your match bus ticket

Thanks mate, I think I'm gonna give it a miss. I can't be arsed with fighting with the masses on the game buses today. Hopefully there's a stream...
