Can we not play lovely entertaining stuff like that West Ham and win....................oh yeah
Points for me, when I lived in Kent used to go to Plough Lane a lot and watch the crazy gang piss people off, was great fun and had loads of laughs and far more entertaining and fun than that tippy tappy crap

Re: WELL, LETS HAVE IT OUT
The other question to ask is how many teams play really entertaining football week in week out? Or even once a month?
Swansea have a rep for good football, but they are hardly a high tempo all out attacking team. Watching a team knock it around the back for 5 minutes is no more entertaining than what we did under Allardyce IMO.
Barcelona are pure entertainment, but how many teams really get to the heights of a truly exciting side to watch in the modern game?
Newcastle under Keegan in the mid-nineties level I'm talking. They won fook all but were entertaining the majority of the time.
Don't see many like that now even amongst the top sides.

Shows a lack of ambition for me. £11 million for warthog and £6 million for cowdrill, then keveh lets their contracts run down. That and a lack of investment in the academy - just look at the dross coming through youth ranks now.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote:Sluffy! Warthog! Bench! Commie! Mof! Cowdrill!
