Can we not play lovely entertaining stuff like that West Ham and win....................oh yeah :)

Points for me, when I lived in Kent used to go to Plough Lane a lot and watch the crazy gang piss people off, was great fun and had loads of laughs and far more entertaining and fun than that tippy tappy crap
My dog (proper 57) had his anal glands emptied once and yes the smell is something to behold!!

The other question to ask is how many teams play really entertaining football week in week out? Or even once a month?

Swansea have a rep for good football, but they are hardly a high tempo all out attacking team. Watching a team knock it around the back for 5 minutes is no more entertaining than what we did under Allardyce IMO.

Barcelona are pure entertainment, but how many teams really get to the heights of a truly exciting side to watch in the modern game?

Newcastle under Keegan in the mid-nineties level I'm talking. They won fook all but were entertaining the majority of the time.

Don't see many like that now even amongst the top sides.

Shows a lack of ambition for me. £11 million for warthog and £6 million for cowdrill, then keveh lets their contracts run down. That and a lack of investment in the academy - just look at the dross coming through youth ranks now.
