Went to the local shop earlier for bread and milk (stock-up). No papers today, no milk deliveries and Warburtons delivered three hours late. Shelves emptied in no time. Took the dog out earlier and he's such a short-ass he almost disappeared. Not good at all and reinforces my views that snow is fine in paintings and on Christmas cads.
Our postman shocked me before by knocking on and delivering the mail. I think he was after a hot drink, the cheeky bastard.
Sigh. Another porno delivery for Bruno! :D

Spoke too soon. Snow here aswell. B*stards.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Lord Kangana wrote:S'alright Tango, I was reading in the paper yesterday an Oxfordshire Councillor blaming the people (who I suspect elected him to do a job) for "not having the spirit that defeated Hitler". I'll translate, what he actually meant was "We've f*cked up spectacularly with our short-sighted approach to everything, so you'll just have to all fend for yourselves. Pass me my guaranteed pension would you".
Oh, don't get me started. Too late.

Placards for the MEN are announcing - Council Chief Angry at School Closures. Really? Whose fault's that then?

And Our Kid informs me that some dick from Bolton Council is in tonight's BEN saying that they have "plenty of grit". Oh a fecking fat lot of good it'll be doing as well, piled up at Mayor St Yard when Crompton Way's down to one lane.

I'm glad that, as a yonger man I spent a couple of years working for BMBC, so that I could actually get to see these wankers operate at close quarters, otherwise I'd be reluctant to believe that they really exist!

It's snowageddon! Have you not seen 'The Day After Tomorrow'!?

Luckliy despite having the best part of a foot of snow on my street, I've made it from Worsley to Sale every day this week. Tuesday I had to walk 3 miles to the edge of the motorway where a colleague could pick me up, but I made sure I got in under any circumstances... Maybe I'm alone in being a good worker

This was built in 4 hours on the bottom of my street in Ellenbrook by 2 blokes and a kid... it's since been knocked down by some little sh*tes, although before that it made it into the Daily Mail.

Cracking bit of artistry
