so decided against my run tonight in the end after Sportshall with the delightful teenagers left me feeling exhausted. Feeling very guilty now. Seems like the last few weeks training (or lack of it) have been one step forward and two back

Had my 1st track session in a couple of months tonight. Not helped by the fact I was the only duck egg there. Trying too hard not to fall far behind has left me jiggered. Fallin asleep as I type this..
