Replacing requires more or less a new installation. You're going to need to run new cabling (as the sky+ has twin cable) and your dish will need a new LNB (the pickup unit mounted on the rod sticking out the front) as the normal sky one is a single unit as again you'll need a multi way one. There is nothing to stop you doing all this yourself if you're that way inclined, or alternatively you can pay an installer to do it for you.
