Is it too much to hope for a nailbiting one-nil with Dobbie nutmegging Dallas to score the winner?

Looks pretty much like we're putting out the best team we can manage...which is good. Weather too, which is pretty wild with plenty hail squalls, might just work in our favour if we have less faint-hearts than them in the snood and glove squadrons. Lennon's not a favour of wrapping up, so.....anyway, time for a rousing COME ON YOU WHITES...

Looks like Anthony Axford is still good for wood and sponsoring the Tower broadcast, so good on em for that at least. Sounds like a bit of noise being made at the Macron, so gibbering on the spot done, two creaky knee flexes,a hurried inhale of the Vic tube, a quick chorus of Three-o'clock rock and a quavering deep breath and...we're ready...

A spattering of mixed ads on the squawk box and away we go....
Mic man reckoning we're about well matched as 7,000 Leeds faithful giving it the verbals. Feeney gets an early cross bit the keper says thanks. They now have a goal kick as we volley it back at them. And, they try a visit as Andre Mariner gives us a free. Madine did well, held it up and got a shot away. Now they try a sally but we get an offside after a speculative effort gets blocked. We get a throw ibn their half and... Pratley wins another free kick. Moxey? ...n, Feeney, headed cear, Moxey tries again but it all ends up with Amos. Lively start.

Bit of lever stuff from Feeney lets Pratley whack one over the top. A quick break lets them get a snap shot in that Amos saves. Leeds break and a bit o possesion as they sally forth but we clear and Madine gets a free kick for a foul. And.....Moxey.....and...part cleared till Moxey intercepts. They have it near their own box and come forth. Dallas......gets a shot in and it crawls in...0-1.

Fumble fingers that made a soft shot into a goal. Great stuff Mr Amos. And they come again with tails up. Bamber and that Dallas fella getting the mentions. They keep possession, Moxey clears for a throw. Not the best of astrts then. More possesion for them that ends with Amos. We go, Feeney sallies and wins a throw. Madine, Trotter....and Madine puts it over the bar with a bobble. Should have neiled that says mic man.

Some possesion by them but Davies gets into it, sets Silva off but they clear. Goal kick us. Throw us and...Pratley, then Vela...out. Mic man mithering about Rotheram then Vela....Holding, Davies, Silva...Trotter, Dervite hits an "aimless" pass. We go again and....Pratley, Davies and....they clear and break. The stride forth and have a bit of possesion. Dervite clears, Vela, Dervite, Trotter....now Silva.....and.....and..a deflect ends with a poor header from us. Silva again and.....it goes through to the keeper. Getting a bit worried about the amount of chances near goal that the goal machine is missing. Now they visit and....Dallas tries a shot....goes high and wide. Come on Whites as we listen to scores that mean nowt right now.

Pratley and Feeney win a throw between them and...and.....now Silva....Moxey.....Silva, Moxey and it ends with a corner to us. And......and....Holden heads one, goes down, penalty claims ignored and a throw to them is all that happens. Now Trotter and mic man claims ref ignoring fouls on Madine. Now a throw us and......Feeney, cleared and they win a throw. Dervite goes back, Amos, Feeney, Vela and.....a bad clearance and they break at us.....and Amos has to make a good save for a corner them. Worrying sounding attack from then and fortunately ends with a goal kick. Come on, get that equaliser before the break. Silvestri Stallone takes a goal kick and we recover it via Dervite, now Davies, Dervite a bad one again and they have another dabble. That Dallas name again, Bamber....a few unpronounceables abd they surge forth again. Goal kick us, big noise from the Yorkies.

Now Silva, Moxey, they intercept and break. Poor cross and Moxey clears. Back they come but the good fairy lets it get to Amos. Belluci? ...and we have another goal kick. We need to make something of our efforts. Have we tested their keeper yet? Some possesion and a clearance is luckily intercepted. Dervite struggling claims mic man. Not a new revelation. They come again and....come on lads, it's Leeds ffs. They clear, we clear, they come again and Taylor retains before the Dallas fella is in it again. Throw us. And now......some mither about Arsenal, then....we eventually sally via Feeney but they clear and break. Having too much possesion and Trotter gives away a free kick near the box.(mic man claims a soft one) . And....and....it's past our post for a goal kick. Shall we give em a game lads? And....Madine, Vela, Feeney....and it's out for a throw to them. Now Trotter, Feeney, and....a corner us.
And...can we capitalise.....and.....cleared all the way to Amos. They are here again and.....some names from A FISTFUL OF DOLLARS....and that's how our corner went. Throw us and....Moxey and....and Silva, no Madine, Davies, Moxey.....and...Holding goes and the ref gets boos for giving them a throw. And....Madine, now then again and.....2-0 them.
