Well - no. The breaking News thread is numerous pages of speculation - this actually now seems to have a fact upon it.

Another who arrived with promise & we/he failed to repeat it. His debut was as good as Faye's had been years before. Inconsistent maybe but he'd have been worth working on .... if we had a capable coach.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Played in 19 games, which is more than most, including the first 10 league matches. But hasn't appeared at all since 2 Jan so we may as well cut the losses.

If we can get away with nibbling round the edges of the squad like that, it's far better than losing a key player. Unless it's one who's a waste of money...

We've got 48 hours* left. Is everybody ramped up with excitement as the great bye'n'buy sale commences?

*(I know it's actually 14 hours less than that, but I got distracted. I blame Worthy and his news last night... I'm still feeling a little fuzzy on the edges. I'm off to bed now and I expect that when I awake we'll have two players left in the squad and can then legitimately apply to the league to import a few. Or at least sign our own fxckin academy players).

As if Samizadeh stands a chance at Derby. They've spent £25million on incomings in the lasts six months alone. They've become the kind of club who splash out on quick, expensive fixes for temporarily out of form players. He'll never get a sniff once they've got promoted and bought £££ worth of new strikers.

He'll be loaned out to Notts County soon before signing for Forest Green permanently within 2 years, his name popping up on Soccer Saturdays vidiprinter causing Jeff to get all tongue-tied.

#cantsleepeventhoughivebeenawakeforthirtyhours.
There is no appropriate thread to ask this question, so as Jeff has been invoked, here goes. What is the meaning of those little silver people shaped lapel badges that your Stellings and Mersons and Thompsons and EtAls wear every week on AssociationFootball Saturday? It's been bugging me for months.

It's the Men United prostate cancer awareness campaign badge, the campaign being fronted by Bill Bailey.
