If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

Well jury's aren't actually on trial, neither the legal side. So not exactly sure what either are getting away with?

I do wonder, with so much of our system relying on legal precedent why someone could rely on precedent now we've all acknowledged the some judges are fcuk-ups?
Legal people have to keep feeding the system with bollocks to keep the cash cow chain growing!
I suppose a jury had no option in these cases, yes the judge could direct, but ultimately, they found the fcuker guilty.
Funny the blame is always on the legal side yet jury's get away with it.
Actually, come to think of it, judges seem to be influencing jury's a little too much TBH.
Sack the crusty old fools!
Is that a chain attached to a cash cow, or a chain of cash cows?

Here's an example of the innocent bystanders being scooped up:
Samson Odegbune, convicted of murder by joint enterprise.
The prosecution admitted he did not attack the 15 year old victim who was hacked and kicked to death at Victoria railway station amidst hundreds of commuters. He was convicted because he verbally roused the 17 teenagers who did the actual attack and led the running charge while waving a sword.
You will note that not a single commuter was 'scooped up' by the police.

Indeed, but never, ever, let reasoned argument impinge on a good tabloid hanging, Sir.

There is no suggestion that 'joint venture' doesn't exist, there is no suggestion that there have been wholesale miscarriages of justice, there are, I suggest, undoubtedly instances where individuals have been wrongly convicted of crimes they didn't commit, by virtue of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. That simply isn't right.

They've altered the level of proof required. Retrograde step in my book. I think we'll be seeing quite a few wankers with, at the minimum, reduced tariffs. Scandalous if that happens.

An ear infection incurs toothache to such a level that I'd be happy for someone to rip out every tooth in the right side of my head. I've had a kick in the spuds - yes, that's well up there. I've never had a thorn in the eye though!

Not recommended.
Is it bacterial? One of the few times antibiotics are not only legitimate but necessary then.
If it's viral, hard lucko, very hard lucko. You'll just have to brave it out. Lots of vodka and kip, then whisky and more kip, followed by tequila and a two day game of poker, then a proper kip.

They gave me antibiotics which have done feck all. I'm now self-medicating with a 10 year old Jura, and the health club drop-in centre thingy near work can go and take an enormous plastic penis and go feck themselves with it!

I'd escalate the medicine. Cask strength 20 year old Bhunnabhein. That'll do something.

They have. Previously the test was, I think, that a secondary defendent could have foreseen the consequence of the primary party's action. Now the test is that you have to prove that they knew. What will happen now where they clearly have more than one defendent on the hook primary gets a murder charge, but secondary's get manslaughter. Stupidity ruling for me, unless they start upping the tarriff's on manslaughter to match.

Don't get me wrong, gang fights where there are half a dozen separate rucks going on, I wouldn't necessarily suggest it should automatically apply. Struggling to see in a many to one situation why it shouldn't.

Surely you have to apply the law equitably, so I guess you're now ok with anyone who has illegally overstayed their welcome, got treatment on the NHS illegally and isn't a British National to stay? (I'm in favor of her staying btw), but I'd expect the same conditions to apply to anyone.

I believe in debt to those who fought to preserve our island and also the fact she was born under the British flag.

It may surprise you that in my opinion anyone who worked closely with British forces in Iraq, Afghanistan etc. should have a right to reside in the UK, more so than some roaming ex Romanian resident!
