a few weeks ago we were told that Sports Shield would be walking out in 48hrs if Eddie didn't sign on the dotted line... really - they were - they'd had enough - really...

Before Christmas, Iles told us that there was only 48hrs until administration - honestly - yes - it has come to that - really...

we're still here - Eddie still owns the club...

we'll still be here on Tuesday!

These 48 hour deadlines have gone from being news to being a standing joke to being embarrassing. Now they're so ridiculous they're back being amusing again.

Someone somewhere is taking the piss and us lot are the butt of the gag.

Even if a winding up order is granted we'll still be here Tuesday.
And I know Iles publishes sensationalist bullshit based on guesswork.
But even so, Monday 22nd will not be a walk in the park even if the HMRC (and the other twenty odd co-respondents) debts are cleared. BWFC need a workable plan that will convince the judge, and that doesn't include telling the judge "it'll be reet".

Well, no not really. We'll be here Tuesday, but not (in that case) some future Tuesday quite soon.

Well ... I won't. But I take your point.

We're surrounded by panic fanned. It's a disgrace.

Panic Fannies are an integral part of the community and their diversity needs to be celebrated. It's the equivalent of having a fair smattering of ginger and transgender supporters... challenging but good.

If the club felt there wasn't enough to convince the court they would have taken voluntary admin on Friday. So presumably they feel that they have enough to get a further adjournment.

Iles?

Anyway, knowing the legal 'industry' as I do under these particular circumstances, expect months of adjournments, fudging and procrastination as legal fees soar, whilst us lot, through the medium of Iles/Isles, try to wade through the legalese that basically says "please don't rush us, this is way too good a money spinner for a quick decision".

Are you quoting a sample average days Nixon tweets there?

Nixon tweets are more like:
