Going off that data, I'm going to confidently predict we'll be 2-0 down at H/T against Burnley.

If it's not Amos it's Moxey, or Dervite, or Mavies the other day. There is always somebody ready and waiting to throw the game away.
Unless you think he should've brought Rachubka on, I'm struggling to see what Lennon's subs had to do with it.

With five minutes to go Lennon sounded a match-winning hero. Then......he wasn't....Tombwfc wrote:

Si Deus pro nobis, quis contra nos?

Exactly. If sack Lennon tomorrow for his general shitness, but he did nothing wrong in this game. Bringing Danns on to shore things up when Clough was struggling made sense. Amos threw it away the clueless dick.Tombwfc wrote:If it's not Amos it's Moxey, or Dervite, or Mavies the other day. There is always somebody ready and waiting to throw the game away.

Hmm, think he should have put Woolery on for Madine in injury time, just to settle, re-focus and reshape for the last couple of minutes. At least Spearing should have been back, not far from Moxey.
Djorkaeff ... Djorkaeff must score ... he does ... HE DOES !!!

Going off that data we will be royally shagged by Birmingham.Jugs wrote:Going off that data, I'm going to confidently predict we'll be 2-0 down at H/T against Burnley.

Sorry guys - wasn't there yesterday and haven't read this entire thread, but I have just seen the highlights and I'm really glad that someone's brought this up. How many times have we seen the ball pass straight through Ben Amos this season, and from distance too? I was prepared to give him leeway of the Sheff W goal, but this is happening way too often now. Yesterday's wasn't even a decent shot. 20 yards out, soft, on the deck and central. I don't think that Moxey covered himself in glory on the build-up, but there are absolutely no excuses for Amos not keeping that out. Quite honestly, I'd have had money on either Farnworth or Felgate to have stopped that.BWFC_Insane wrote:He's a dreadful keeper. Dreadful. Easily a mistake a game in him.Vertigo wrote:Rubbish. Amos was brilliant last season and even did well earlier in the year. He's form has dipped, as anyone with job uncertainty might, but terrible? Not a chance.BWFC_Insane wrote:Ben Amos. Terrible keeper. Another reason why Lennon is an absolute disgrace and the worst manager in this league by some distance.
On second thoughts, you must be trolling.

^^^ You'd have had me over the line if you'd said "Denis Peacock", Bruce.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Me either. It's the teams fault. All they have to do is keep the ball down the QPR end of the pitch it's not rocket scienceTombwfc wrote:If it's not Amos it's Moxey, or Dervite, or Mavies the other day. There is always somebody ready and waiting to throw the game away.
