Rumour that the adjournment until 2pm is to give club the opportunity to pay the tax bill!

HMRC objected to #BWFC request for for further delay but as Judge doing VO with #BWFC at 2pm he's delayed until then.

No reason given by LoVS' man in court. Perhaps it's the fact that it's only just been revealed that the FL has approved the takeover: surely that means we've got different paperwork etc to show the court.

Now that intrigues me. Something that might be seen as libellous (therefore derogatory and unprovable) yet will be revealed in court. I can only imagine, and I'm typing very carefully here, that it refers to the structure of the sale and the flow of money. Better not probe too far with that on a public forum. We need a deal to go through.
