Hang on!

Did the European Parliament discuss, set up and vote on Merkel's 'welcome' policy?

Did the European Parliament discuss, set up and vote on austerity for the Greeks?

Did the European Parliament set up and vote on the Turkish bribes?

Democracy my ass!

I don't know, but the Council did and unless I am mistaken Cameron and his government was elected by us.

I don't know who voted/decided, but for any EU policy it has to be passed through both, or at least the council. End of the day, if Merkel has done something then it is with the agreement of most other PMs/Presidents. Unless of course you are talking about German domestic stuff, which surely the EU, UK and everyone else should be minding their business about.

So every one on the route from Turkey and Libya should turn a blind eye to Merkel inviting migrants to tramp through their countries?

Glad you cleared that one up, I mean flying them via Lufthansa would be asking to much wouldn't it.

Just remind us again how Merkel gets anything official onto the EU statute books? Coz I'll be delighted if you clear that one up.

Strangely you don't seem to be up in arms about the folk that buy their EU passports from countries like Malta. Given that they have a proper license to trample around Europe...

Just remind me how that relates to AT's point about Germany's domestic policy having nothing to do with anyone else when it clearly impacts upon fellow members, the point I was replying to.
Bloody interfering Europhiles!

So you don't like the EU and it's member states interfering in UK domestic affairs, but you wish to interfere with Germany's?

I'd interfere in any countries domestic affairs if it impacted on us, yes.
Just like the Hungarians, Poles, Austrians, Greeks etc. with Germany now.

Could you point me to this invite, from any of her speeches?

Edit: Maybe you could then point me to where she invited them into any other country, other than her own.
