I agree that Ivan Campo should be there. Why isn't he?
Thought "Le God" was Youri? I mean I liked Campo but if he was head of a religion, it'd attract the kind of crackpots who like Neil F&cking Warnock... :D

I heard that Ricardo Gardner was playing yet he isn't on the list of confirmed players. I wonder whether that's true or not.

Glad to see Okocha back. Legend.

Wonder what the situation is with inviting Stelios? He's always liked the club and would've been really good to see back.

Played 3 games before going on to represent the likes of Wigan, Macc, Southport, Chester, Nuneaton etc.

I thought Stuey was ace. Little jinking old-school winger.

Me too. We definitely had worse players in that era. Come to think of it, this era too :(

Oh I liked him as a player. I seem to recall seeing him a bit in the ressies. It's just stretching it a bit to include him in a 'legends' game after 3 first team appearances!

I can't help feeling it's a massive smokescreen after such a shite season and still nothing confirmed for the next one. I personally cannot be arsed going.
As mentioned in an earlier post SKD was supposed to be having a testimonial but something strange must have gone on for this to have been shelved.

I was under the impression that those were basic kits supplied by Macron specially for this game. We certainly havent' made a big song and dance about having a new kit, and rumour is we're changing suppliers next season anyway...

I'd be surprised if we are changing our kit supplier after Macron agreed a multi year agreement for the naming rights of the stadium.

We did with Reebok, well before the naming rights deal came to an end.

I think that was down to Reebok changing their business model and pulling out of any kit sponsorships with every football club (I think we were the last). I may be wrong, though.

They'll have had to have a special kit made as all these 'legends' will now be as fat as Billy Bunter and the standard kits only go upi to XXXL :)

Muamba certainly doesn't look as those he's the player most in danger of suffering a cardiac arrest on the pitch.
